We are in constant search of mystery shoppers with strong background in market research.
As a mystery shopper:
You will be provided with an assignment by your mystery shopping company and given specific guidelines on how to complete it. This could involve visiting a store or restaurant, or simply calling and posing as a customer looking for information about a product or service. You may even be asked to take pictures as proof of what you see when conducting your assignment.
You may also be asked to purchase products or services while shopping in order to test out their quality and effectiveness. The results of your evaluation will make it easier for companies to improve their offerings in order to attract more customers and increase sales.
If you have time, patience and good organizational skills, this job can be rewarding because it gives you insight into what goes on behind the scenes of many businesses. You’ll also get paid for doing something you’re already doing anyway — going out shopping!
